A man has been arrested after a stand-off with police in Belfast

A man has been arrested after a four-hour stand-off with police in Belfast.
Officers were called to a third-floor flat on Cliftonville Avenue in the north of the city at about 12.30pm after a report of a disturbance.
The man, 43, who was uninjured, left the flat after discussions with a police negotiator.
