Ivan Lendl
WHAT TENNIS fan can ever forget Ivan Lendl? Many of us willed him to win Wimbledon back in the late '80s, only to see him capitulate twice in the final.
Originally from Czechslovakia, he became a United States citizen in 1992 and is considered to be one of the greatest tennis players of all time, having won eight Grand Slam singles titles.
When he retired, he turned to the game of professional golf where he has enjoyed success on the celebrity tour. In 2011, he became Andy Murray's coach.
