AIDAN NASH & CIARA SHERRY

Wednesday February 01 2012

THE early winter sun shone for Ciara Sherry and Aidan Nash when they got married in St Mary's Church, Knockbridge. The couple have known each other for four and a half years, having met at the DKIT graduates' ball in the Park Inn. The youngest of nine children of

Eddie and Kitty Sherry, Knockbridge, Ciara has four brothers and four sisters. She works in Bank of Ireland, Dundalk, while Aidan works in Daiwa Securities. He is the one of three sons of Olive and the late Pat Nash from Faughart. Ciara's father walked her up the

aisle of St Mary's Church as the couple exchanged their marriage vows with Fr Gerard Mcginnity, Knockbridge parish priest, officiating. Ciara's sisters Geraldine Ferris and

Helen Sherry were her bridesmaids while the groomsmen were Aidan's brothers Niall and Ciaran. Local singer Sinéad Mcnally and

musician Roisin Crawley delighted the bridal party and guests with their beautiful music during the ceremony. The reception was held in the wonderful setting of Darver Castle and the happy couple travelled to Florida for their honeymoon, spending a week in

Orlando before enjoying a cruise in the Caribbean.
