POKER CLASSIC
Maureen Andrews will have the annual poker classic in aid of the Irish Guide Dogs on Friday 10th February in the Bellewstown Inn. If you have any unwanted Christmas presents Maureen would be glad of them for the raffle. You can ring Maureen on 0419829192.
ACTIVE RETIREMENT.
The AGM was held on 16th January and a large number attended. Oliver Ward (Regional Chairperson) also attended and was very impressed with the overall running of the group. Plans are in progress to have another outing very soon and the group will keep you posted. Next meeting on 1st February at 2.30 p.m. Tai chi, Bingo, Skittles and High Tea on the day. CREATIVE WRITING GROUP
A new Writers Group has been formed in Duleek called the Limetree Writers Group. The group were formed after a six week Creative Writing course organised by Duleek Library and facilitated by Edel Gillick from Navan which was a great success. The new group had their first meeting last week and will meet every fortnight in Duleek Library starting on 7th February at 7.00pm.
