YES, Christy was the winner of the Drogheda Independent Sports Star of the Year Awards on Friday night last held in the Boyne Valley Hotel. Christy got a great surprise when his name was called out. We all know he truly deserves this award for all his dedication and skills with Mattock Rangers, now everyone knows what a great sportsman he is. Congratulations Christy from all your family, friends and Mattock Rangers team mates, mentors and committees. You are a credit to us all.
