GREEN ENERGY DAY
St Patricks GAA cordially invites you to our Green Energy Day on Saturday 11th February 2012 from 10am until 6pm.
Exhibitors will be there to give you inspiration and advice on their products. Some of the businesses showcasing on the day will be Airtricity, Siemens Ireland, PAC on Recycling, Dyson Ireland, Senator Windows, Rain Harvesting Ireland, Blackstone Motors ( New Electric Renault Fluence and Kangoo on display), P Madden Enterprises( sheep wool insulation), Green Save DF Energy Ltd and many more local companies.
There will also be sports personalities on the day, food stands, face painting for the kids, a great day out for all the family. Please contact Anto Woods on 0868379710.
TEN WEEK DRAW
The annual parish draw will start this year on 12th February. The usual collectors will be looking for your support or you can ring the parish office on 018412647.
PARISH CHARITY SHOP
The parish charity shop has reopened for business each Thursday and Friday from 12.30 until 3.30p.m. and on Saturdays from 10.30a.m. until 12.30p.m. They would be grateful for donations as well as customers.
WINTER PRUNING COURSE
This course will take place in Sonairte's walled garden which dates from 1750 on Saturday 18th February from 10a.m. until 4p.m.
COMMUNITY GROUPS
Meath Partnership is running training courses for community groups this spring. They include website development for community groups, PR & Communications, Oral History training programme, care & conservation of historic graveyards and tour guide training.
