Valentine's gift for charity
THIS VALENTINE'S Day, you can buy a floating lotus flower candle for your loved one and send your love along the Boyne while raising much needed funds for the Boyne Fishermen's Rescue and Recovery Service.
The event will take place as night falls on February 14th and the candles will be sent on their way with music and poetry.
The candles will be on sale from this Friday and will be available in Scotch Hall Shopping Centre, the Laurence Centre and some other retail outlets around town.
