Bench warrant issued
A BENCH warrant was issued for Keith Donnelly ( 41), Moneymore after he failed to appear at Drogheda District Court.
He is accused of being intoxicated in a public place, engaging in threatening abusive and insulting behaviour and refusing to give his name and address at Bridge of Peace, Drogheda on March 1st this year.
