HE may have a small family, but Jason Fagan from Carstown, had a big night to celebrate his 21st birthday in Corrigan's.

Jason's many friends from St Joseph's CBS in Drogheda, joined his mum and dad Mary and Edward, his sister Olivia and brother Steven, to dance the night away in honour of his big day.

'He only has one auntie, Paula McDonnell, who was there with his cousins Robert, Donna, Barry and Leona from Rathmullen, but he has that many friends still from school, that we had a great turnout,' says mum Mary.

'He's an apprentice electrician now, but has a great gang of pals from school and from Harestown and Monasterboice, who all helped celebrate his 21st and I think everyone had a brilliant night.'

Special mention also goes to his godparents Patricia and Peter Brady from Gormanston, who have been 'so good to him throughout the years'.

'It really was a night to be remembered, and I have to say the venue was brilliant, with great food, and DJ Anthony Weldon had the dancefloor filled all night,' adds Mary.

'Jason and his pals all went over to Fusion for the rest of the night, but I thought I better not, as I didn't want to cramp his style!'

A big thank you also goes out to everyone who was so generous with gifts, especially money, which Jason is going to make very good use of!
