WE left the gang in the d Hotel to make the most of the rest of their night and headed to The Black Bull Inn where there was another big birthday party underway. Aisling Wrafter was celebrating her 30th birthday in style with all her close friends. The birthday girl, who is originally from Dublin but now living in Drogheda, was very surprised that there was a party thrown for her.

Barbara Brennan, Nicola Brennan and Fiona McCormack had all planned the night for weeks for Aisling.

' We all got together and planned the night. We tried as much as we could from Aisling but I think she had an idea that something was going on,' added Barbara.

The girls had told Aisling that they were going to the Black Bull Inn for a meal with just a few of her friends, however it turned out that they had booked and decorated the function room for a big crowd to celebrate the big occasion.

The three girls have known Aisling for decades and couldn't think of a better way to spend the night. Barbara had invited many of Aisling friends from Dublin to come down and stay the night in Drogheda as another surprise.

They all planned on spending the night in The Black Bull and then going down to The Earth to make it a very late one and to dance the night away.

Aisling's actual birthday wasn't until the following Monday so she planned on making it a weekend full of celebrations. Her two children Lee and Kai were down at the party for the first hour to wish their mam a very happy birthday before going home to bed.

Pictured on the night with the birthday girl was Hazel Guildea. The pair have known each other for years and are really good friends. 'I love her like a sister,' added Hazel.

Shane Malone and Leanne Bonnie travelled down from Dublin to celebrate the occasion with Aisling. The duo planned on staying the night in Drogheda and experiencing what the nightlife in Drogheda has to offer.

Stacey Finglas and Fiona McCormack both from Treadagh View were among many that wished Aisling a happy birthday. The girls were having a great laugh catching up with everyone and were looking forward to hitting the nightclub later on in the night.

Pictured on the night were Fiona and Bryan Madden from Cherrybrook who considered Aisling a very good friend and were delighted to be there on the night for her big do.

Also spotted on the night were Mark Keegan, Paul Coughlan and Aaron Wrafter.
