Stole Celtic jerseys worth € 450

A MAN who stole ten Celtic jerseys worth € 450 was sentenced to three months in prison at Drogheda District Court.
Kastriot Boza ( 36), Cabra, Dublin 7, appeared on charges of theft arising out of the incident at Heaton's Sportsworld, M1 Retail Park on September 18th, 2008.
The goods were never recovered. The court heard the defendant is currently serving a sentence.
Solicitor for the defence Paddy Branigan said the defendant was an Albanian national who has been living in Ireland for the past 12 years and is married with one child.
Mr Branigan asked the judge not to impose a sentence beyond the current one, which will run until July.
Judge Patrick Clyne imposed a three month sentence to run concurrently with the defendant's current sentence.
