UFOs spotted over Drogheda!
A New year's celebration party in Marian Park turned into a sky gazing experience after a group spotted not one but five UFOs flying over the town.
The incident was recorded on video by local woman Emma Murphy at 1.15am on new year's day.
' We still don't know what they were but quite a few people saw them,' stated Emma.
It began with two red lights appearing over Millmount and then carrying on towards Ballsgrove. Then another one appeared, followed by two more.
' They were a red/orange colour and were not moving very quickly. The fireworks had ended by this stage so we ruled that out,' Emma added.
The group lost sight of the strange lights as they disappeared over the distant rooftops.
' We'd love to know what they were or did other people see them,' she stated.
