Dreadnots in a canter
Dreadnots 2-12 St Bride's 0-7 PLAYED on Saturday evening in Clogherhead, Dreadnots had the luxury of county panelists Paraic Smith, Liam Shevlin and James Califf at the their disposal, and raced into a 1-5 to no score lead after 25 minutes. It was 1-6 to 0-4 score at the break. Dreadnots made a quick start in the second half and went into a 10 point lead, thanks in the main to a : Liam Shevlin goal, 2-8 to 0-4.
Mattock on top form
Mattock Rangers 4-13 St Mary's 2-8 MATTOCK Rangers made it two wins from as many outings on their visit to Pairc Mhuire, Ardee. The sides were level at the end of a low-scoring first half by which stage St Mary's had registered 1-3 and the Collon outfit, six points.
