Ladies keen to get going
Wednesday March 03 2010
MEATH Ladies will be eager to get back into action in the NFL after the adverse weather conditions caused the cancellation of their match against Donegal two weekends ago.
That game has been refixed for the weekend of April 17th, but Brendan Dardis and his charges will be focused on taking on Armagh this Sunday in Cullaville at 2pm.
On Saturday it's the turn of Meath under-16 girls to take on Dublin in the opening round of the Leinster championship at Clann Mhuire, Naul at 2pm.
The under-16s captured the All-Ireland title in 2009 and Eamon Murray once again is at the helm. They face a tough season in Leinster as they are on the road on each occasion, firstly away to Dublin, then Wicklow and Laois.
